Production procedure:
1) Office sales person get clients order, confirm color/size/ material/design with clients.
2) Molding department making 2D artwork ( If need 3D artwork please contact us)
3) CNC machine make new mold, basically small 8 pcs one mold
4) Die casting machine make prototype samples, 8 pcs/ mold, one minutes can produce 40 pcs samples, big size button 4 pcs one
mold, large metal trim( i.e buckle ) one pc /mold
5) Polish work, plating, painting, epoxy
6 ) Assembly
7) Salty resistance testing.
8) Four parts snap button Pull force testing, needle machine testing
9) Check each piece and packing
10) Shipping out to client specified address ( with or without clients shipping mark)
