3. Working principle
1) Circulation system
The whole unit is composed of heat exchange part, circulation system, water supplement system, and control part. The heat source is steam (or high temperature water) which enters the heat exchanger through the takeover, and transfers the heat to the heated water through the heat exchanger. The steam condenses into the supplement water tank. After the heated water is heated, it is delivered to the user equipment by the circulating pump. The steam flow rate and the heated water temperature are controlled by a temperature control valve located at the steam inlet.
2) Water supplement system
The pressure of the entire system is determined by the makeup pump. When the water shortage pressure of the system decreases, the remote pressure gauge or electric contact pressure gauge collects the signal and transmits it to the control cabinet, and the control cabinet starts the water supply pump to make up water. When the system pressure reaches the set pressure value, the water supply pump stops water supply to ensure the system pressure is stable.
3) Control system
The circulation pump and water make-up pump of the unit are controlled by the electric control cabinet. Circulating pumps are generally one for one use, one for backup, switching regularly, and for each other as backup. There are two ways to control the make-up pump, one is frequency conversion control and the other is pressure control.
