Q1: What material can you use ?
We can deal with cotton , bamboo fiber, organic cotton, combed cotton, wool, coolmax...etc. We have professional material factory with OEKOTEX-100, all of our material is eco-friendly and AZO free.

Q2: What is your MOQ?
Our normal MOQ is 1000 pairs/design/size for commen material. 

Q3: What is your sample and production time?
Normally 5-7 days to use similar colored yarn instock, and 15-20 days to use customized yarn. 
We usually suggest that using our stock similar color yarn to make samples for quality /pattern/size checking to 
save time . 
Production time is 30-35 days after deposit received.

Q4:  Can you do customized designs and package ?
Yes.

Q5:  How do you ship goods, can you help arrange shipping?
We can ship by air, sea, express ( Fedex, DHL, TNT,UPS) and can help to arrange shipping door to door.

Other customizable package options

1. Use transparent color Zip PE or PP bag, plus a color insert into the bag. It can be printed the information whatever you want , the insert size will be smaller than the bag , which will be widely used in the market for cost effective purpose.
2. Add a paper card on the top of the bag. which is widely used in the chain stores or retail market. You can print your brand message to deliver or show to the end user. 
3. Add a color sticker on the bag.
