1. Q: What information do you need for a formal quotation?

A: It will be very helpful for accurate quotation to have the info of materials, size, pattern or photo, order quantity.

2. Q: How do I get a sample and how long?

A: 1) For standard products, could be sent you one pc for free if stock in warehouse. Sample freight collected.

2) For customized sample, the samples will cost USD20~200. (according to the difficulty and quantity).

3) 1-2 day for stock sample in warehouse, 5-7 days for customized sample.

4) The sample costs are returnable after the formal orders confirmed.

3. Q: How do ensure the safety and quality of my goods?

A:We focus on the bags production for 18 years. Know how to control the quality and business running so that we can have famous customers such as Staples, Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Disney etc. We are strong on quality and production control.

4. Q: Can we use our own logo on your bag?

A: Yes, we work on OEM orders, it can be with your own logo. There are technology of Silk printing, Sublimation, Embroidery, Rubber patch, etc. to create your own logo. Please send your logo to us, we will make solution for you.
