Q8: How to deal with the broken emitters after orders?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less 

If there is any breakage during the transport, please take clear photos for the broken products and send the photos to us within 48 hours after receiving the package.
If there is any breakage during the guarantee period, we will send new emitters with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
