All parts are machining by CNC, and Assembling them by experiance workers, testing them one by one!
Secondly: Testing:
Our Testing way is unique one in China, we designed it according to different pressure and situation to check the nozzle quality, and all parts are same with fuel dispenser, and checking its sealing by machinery register, not affacting by static, easy to find the nozzle problem!
The Last packing:
One nozzle with one poly bag, and we can design your logo on the poly bag, and sealing the bag by sealing machine, and 10pcs in one master carton, if need, we can pack it on the pallets like attached file!
