A: Yes, we always do customized item by your request. Including redesign kiosk appearance, printing your company logo, choosing a specific color, etc. OEM or ODM is available.
5.Q: What payment methods your company accept?
A: We accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T. L/C, Western Union, PayPal, and MoneyGram.
6.Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantity, the sample is around 5 weeks, less than 100 units are around 4 weeks.
7.Q: What is the warranty term for your kiosk?
A: 12 months since shipment date for components, repair or replace for free, shipping is by the sender.
8.Q: How to ship the kiosk?
A: By air and by sea are optional, by sea is suggested for bulk order. All kiosk shall be transported in standing position, shall not lay down.
