1. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Generally, the lead time of sample is 3-7days after sample fee received. Charges will be returned after placing order.
2. Can you do OEM for me?
We can produce the new design according to your requirement, including size, material, quantity, design, packing solution,etc.
3. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ depends on the product for size, material, colour and so on.
Price:different quantities and materials are different.
4. How is the quality of your products？
We pay high attention to quality control and Each scarf will be inspected, ironed and packaged.
5. What is your delivery method?
For urgent or small order, you can choose the following express: DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS. For large bulk order, we advise to ship by sea/air to save shipping costs.
6.What are your product testing standards?
Product testing sandard：EU and US standards,Certifications:SGS.

Small order:100% by T/T
Big order:we can accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping by T/T,L/C at sight .
