Video Description

electrical heating type vessel is a device for mixing, mixing and blending materials. It is suitable for the synthesis process of proportioned solutions such as milk powder and fruit juice. It has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation, mixing and metering.
The main body of the equipment is made of SUS304 / 316L high-grade stainless steel, and the materials are mixed evenly through the mixing device in the tank.
Tank configuration: equipped with manhole Motor reducer, stainless steel tank, mixing device, bottom discharge port, adjustable outrigger support, transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. (configured according to customer requirements).
Heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket to heat evenly without cold zone. There are jacket electric heating and coil heating. Heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium to generate heat energy to heat the materials in the tank. The heating temperature of materials can be set freely according to the demand.
