Vertical Electric Steam Boiler
Product Introduction:Future Electric Steam Boiler has a higher thermal efficiency while radiation loss is minimal. With a carefully calculated heat to steam ratio, operating pressure is achieved quickly with maximum efficiency. Electric boiler has no exhaust going out the stack as associated with fossil fuel; therefore, electric boiler will be environmentally friendly. There is no NOx emission to the atmosphere.
The item is excellent absorption of similar products from Europe and USA, the new design is based on domestic actual situations. Specifications from 144KW-360KW will satisfy different usages and needs.
By use of titanium alloy heating elements, high temperature resistance of electric wire is more than 1000°C, the service life is 8-12 times than traditional types, the application of magnesium rod anode technology, it ensures that heating tube difficult to be formed scale, so any other product is incomparable.
Unique built-in steam-water separator solved a problem of steam with water which brought by similar products. And it's also the most significant difference compared with domestic similar products.
