A. Production capacity We have 96 large pickling pools,storing 20,000 tons of material every year, ensuring the stable quality all
the year round. Our factory covers 30,000 square meters,with three stainless steel package workshops and 5 automatic ginger
processing lines. We can produce 3-4 containers every day.
B. To meet foreign high-end market demand,we built independent workshop for mini package sushi ginger,with 25 machines and 35
workers which can produce 100 containers of mini package per year.

30g/cups and so on.
D. Quality assurance We have metal detector and x-ray machine, which can inspect foreign bodies accurately. We also have automatic
weighing machine which can check out bags with weight problems exactly.
E. Quality control and workshop workers Factory management and quality control personnel have more than 10 years of work
experience in the industry, and have food professional knowledge reserves. The company has strict production process management
procedures, and special personnel are responsible for supervision and supervision. Workers are fixed, their posts are fixed, and
their responsibilities are fixed. Workers are trained and assessed regularly, and they all have strong food safety awareness and
responsibility.
