The iron core of oil immersed transformer is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with material properties, and the iron core frame is annealed in vacuum to improve the electromagnetic properties. The winding adopts corrugated oil duct. The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls, the surface is sprayed with dust electrostatic spraying, and the paint film is firm. The corrugated radiator not only has the cooling function, but also has the "breathing" function. The elasticity of the corrugated radiator can compensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature rise and fall. No oil change is required during the normal service life, which reduces the maintenance of transformer and improves the safety and reliability of power grid operation
