Working Principle
This machine includes three plates , one is the main plate rotating, the second plate is pushing wire, the other plate is used to Diameter-transformed automaticlly. The three plates are controlled and drove by its own motor and variable frequency control system.

1. Reinforced concrete pipe of flush joint, tongue and groove joint , bell and spigot joint.
2. Production of various drainage pipes with a length of less than 4 meters and a diameter of φ3000.
3. It adopts push-belt structure, which is 40% more efficient than the pull-type structure.
4. Full chain transmission, stepless automatic diameter change.
5. Electrical control: realize automatic diameter change, automatic encryption winding, automatic return, shutdown memory, etc.
6. Unloading can be completed instantly.
7. Equipped with the latest pneumatic electrode to achieve constant pressure welding, the impact is reduced, the welding quality is further improved, and electrode wear is reduced.
