Product Description
The aluminum and plastic materials firstly crushed by the knife crusher into 10mm pieces, and then grinding by the water cooling turbo type grinding machine into aluminum and plastic fine powders. Working Principle
The waste aluminum plastic crushing and sorting equipment adopts the method of physical glass crushing and electrostatic sorting to separate aluminu, the medicine board is coarsely crushed into pieces less than 10m by a knife crusher, and then teh pieces are fionely crushed into a mixture with plastic at the beginning of the high-speed water cooled turbine crushing. The materials that meet the requirements are screened by the rotary vibrating arrow and separated from aluminum and plastic by tge principle of electrostatic separator, and the unqualified materials are returned to the mill for further crushing. And the loss of aluminum and plastic is very low, and the monthly rate of aluminum is close to 9%). This equipment adopts complete dry physical separation, which does not cause secondary environmental pollution and has good social and economic benefits.
