Product Description
PVC Granule Making Machine PVC 80% Caco3 Filler Masterbatch Production Line Plastic Granule Making Machine
The first twin screw compounding extruder runs at a high speed for good mixing and high output capacity. The second extruder must be a larger diameter single screw one that can run at lower screw speed. The lower screw can avoid over-heating by internal cooling system and strong heat exchange ability. The functional separation allows operator to more flexibly control the expectable material mixing process and temperature.
Capacity can reach 100-1200kg/h, raw material PVC powder mixed with other chemical materials, such as CACO3 ect. Final PVC granules can be used to make soft PVC garden watering hose, electric cables, etc.
Two stage hot cutting line include following machine:
1000L High Speed Mixer---Spiral Load Feeder---GS95 Twin Screw Extruder---GSD200 Single Screw Extruder---Air Cooling Hot Cutting System.
