Q1: Can i get some samples?
1>For first cooperation, customers shall pay for the samples and shipping, while the sample cost will be full returned when place bulk orders.
2>When you become our old cutomer, we will send you new-designed samples but won’t charge you sapmle fee and shipping fee.
Q2. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer with 3 production base in Guangdong, Jiangxi.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% TT in advance, balance 70% against copy BL, or L/C at sight. Please discuss with salesman for more option
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB Guangzhou, Shenzhen,Shantou， EXW, CFR, CIF, FCA, DDP is also acceptable.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: ①15 days for RTS products.
②35-40 days after advance payment for OEM.
③After payment is completed, your order will ship within 45 days for DDP.

A: Free sample can be provided if in stock, and you will only bear the courier cost.
