Filter Bio Ball Plastic Random Packing Tri-Pack
Plastic Tri Pack mainly have four sizes as diameter25 mm, 32 mm, 50 mm,95 mm. It has a large empty space, larger than packings of comparable size, and achieves higher values of pressure drop, up to 90% reduction, compared to other products. The packing has a high active surface area, exposing its entire surface to become completely wet during the operation of the column. The performance capabilities of the plastic Tri Pack have resulted in significant savings on hundreds of packed column operations.
Plastic Tri Pack prevents dry spots and compression interlock, two phenomena common to traditional packing media, both of which cause liquid and air channeling and decrease media efficiency. Surface area alone does not guarantee performance. Excess surface area can impede gas/liquid contact and create higher pressure drops, thus increasing horsepower requirements and operating expense. Tri-Packs tower packing provides the optimum surface-to-open-area ratio for achieving best mass transfer efficiency and lowest operating costs.

Bio Pack Tower Packing is available in several sizes in a variety of injection-molded resins including Polypropylene, PVC, HDPE, RPP etc.Tri Bio Pack Media are widely applied for Absorbers, Degassing, Liquid/liquid extraction, water treatment, Heat transfer etc.
