Solar mounting roll forming machine (Z shape profile) also called as photovoltaic (PV) rack roll forming machine which is used to mount, brace, support, and connect lightweight structural loads in Solar or Energy fields. It is suitable to produce Z shape profile (Z channel) with thickness from 1.5-2.5mm, even up to 3mm. This line consists of hydraulic uncoiler, servo feeder, press machine/ individual punch unit for punching hole, roll former, servo tracking cutter, and electrical & hydraulic system. Compared with Z purline used on steel structure, this solar mounting Z shape profile need machine with higher precision, higher speed and more accurate punching. So this line is heavier and strong, speed is much higher to meet the demand of huge mass production. Raw material could be Hot-rolled and cold rolled steel, Hot-dip galvanized sheet, Pre Galvanized Steel, Mill (Plain/Black) Steel, etc. Meantime, this machine could produce solid channel, slotted channel, half slotted channel, long slotted channel, punched channel, punched and slotted channel etc. We make different solutions according to customers’ drawing, tolerance and budget, offering professional one-to-one service, adaptable for your every need.
