1. Are you factory or trading company?

We are a joint enterprise of both international trade and food manufacturing. Our Main
Factory named Shandong Sanfod Nissui Co., Ltd for Frozen fish fillets located in Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, while our trading office located in Qingdao Software Park.

2. What's your lead-time?

About 15-20 days for a 20ft container.

3. What terms of payment do you use?

We usually accept T/T 30% prepaid, balance before shipment or against B/L copy, and irrevocable L/C at sight, but we can negotiate on that.

4. Can I get free samples?

Yes, free samples are available, but the customers need to bear the freight.

5. Can you do OEM & ODM for us?

Yes, we can do both OEM & ODM for you. Meanwhile we will also offer professional designs and advises for you.

6. Do you have any certification?

Our factory is certified by SGS, FSSC(The Food Safety System Certificate) and HACCP System Certificate.
