Products Description
Our pulverizers have high speed, precision grinders for the processing of medium hard, impact resistant and friable materials, for example PE,PVC,PP,ABS,PA, EVA, PET,PS,PPS,EPS, PC, Foam,Cow leather and so on.Plastic pulverizers are used to grind plastic fragments or particles into different mesh numbers powder by using grinding disc with different materials in the machine，then use the screen to select the powder of appropriate size for collection. If it does not meet the needs, continue to enter the grinding chamber for grinding.We have two different series. You can choose the style more suitable for your factory according to your needs.

○The machine is adapt for heat-sensitive material processing by circulating water cooling
○The machine is using two grind disc to smash material. Collision two disc and change input material into powder.Without sieve.
○The disc is made of wear-resistant steel,which is through heat treatment.
○High tight-compact,small size,maintenance should be happen before opening cover.all-sealed,dust-free spill.
○The machine is equipped with wind blow device to ensure cool average.fast cooling characteristic.
○The machine is equipped with vibra sieve which can select material according to diameter of material. ○Equipped with dust-free device to decrease dust.
MF series belongs to the Turbo-type pulverizer for hard pvc.Different number of blades can be configured according to the size of grinding cavity.It is mainly for hard PVC,ABS, EVA，PVC pipe ,plastic profile and so on.
