Q:Does your company get any quality certificates or any other environment management system and factory audit?
A;yes, we have pass CE, CUPC，watermark and SGS certificated.
Q: How about the cost and freight of sample?
A: Free sample for our original products, the shipping charge on buyer’s cost. Send our you address,we check for you. After you place a bulk order, the cost will be refunded.
Q:what are the payment terms?
A: Generally, We quote FOB shenzhen price. TT 30% deposit before production and 70% balance paid before loading.
Q: can I order an sample to check the quality?
A;Yes, We’re glad the provide the sample,we have confidence. Because we have three quality inspections
