1. Raw bamboo sawing Usage: Sawed used for feeding and cutting bamboo, better length is 1-1.2m.
2. Bamboo dissection machine Usage: Dissection cutter head(9-18 heads) total 10, put the finished bamboo into the suit cutter head according to the size and Polish them into bamboo flakes, width from 20 mm to 22 mm, speed of feeding is 57 m/min.
3.Two in one wire drawing machine usage: Usage: Take appropriate amount of thin slices and put them into the machine directly, the width is 3-4mm, the feed speed is 87m /min, grinding and forming directly. Combining two machines into one saves space, time and cost.
4. Bamboo filament set-size machine Usage: The normal standard is 2*2.2 mm, speed of feeding is 87m/min.
5. Toothpick set-size machine Usage: Set the filament, length of 34 mm.
6. Polishing machine Usage: Polish the raw toothpick after the set-size.
7. Toothpick sorting machine Usage: Saw web300 mm X 120 T, the normal length of toothpick is set 65 mm.
