Structure of  hydraulic oil press machine

1.Main engine: Main engine includes base, upright, top plate, oil drip pan nut and so on , it is one of the main parts. 

2.Hydraulic System : Hydraulic system is the main power force of this machine, it includes transmission shaft, turbine, worm gear, gear pump, high pressure pump, overflow valve; super high pressure safety valve; hand-operated valve; seamless steel tube; pipeline connect and other spare parts.

3.Electronic system: Electronic system is the most advanced part of this machine, it is fully automatic, easy to operate, and there's no special request to the operator.

This machine is composed of motor, volt meter, pressure gauge, power insurance and so on.

Operation procedure

Step 1: Before running, clean the oil tank, feed enough clean hydraulic oil, check every bolts if they are loose, check circuit if they connect well. Then pre-heating, 

Step 2: put the material, mat and separation board,Open the hydraulic press switch.

Step 3:  When reaching 55Mpa, it stops.When the pressure drops to 45MPa, the electric controlling system will turn on itself and the pressure will rise back. When there is no oil exuding, then finish the pressing.

Step 4:Turn off the switch, Take out the filter cloth and the steel plate, take out the residue cake, turn off the electromagnetic valve.
