A: You need checked with our sales man and choose the proper capacity of the freeze dryer. If you have the plant design , please send us , we will help you to design the freeze dryer production from the fresh materials to the end FD ready products for packing. We accept the 50% advance payment for production ,and half payment after checking before shipping.

Q: What’s the warranty for the products ?
A: The free warranty is one year from the date of commissioning qualified.

Q: Can we visit your factory ?
A: Of course, welcome to visit our factory if you come to China. If we are available , we can pick up you from the airport.

Q: How long is the validity of quotation ?
A: Generally, our price is valid within one month from the date of quotation. The price will be adjusted appropriately as the price

fluctuation of raw material in the market.

Q: What’s the production date after we confirm the order ?
A: This depends on the quantity and capacity of the freeze dryer. Normally, we need about two-three weeks to finish the production.
