Working Principle:
The vertical stainless steel toothed disc crusher is mainly composed of six parts: upper body, machine cover, rotor assembly, screen, feeding device and frame. The body and rotor assembly together form a crushing chamber. The rotor assembly is the main working part, and the crushing of materials is completed in the crushing chamber. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it will be quickly broken into fine powder and slurry under the action of partial breaking and kneading of circular teeth and flat teeth, and discharged through the screen hole through the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force and air flow.
