Products Description


Equipment process principle
1. Foam pre-treatment equipment

The density of foam board is generally 10-45kg/m3. Since it is light, there are two problems. One problem is the transportation cost greatly increased. Another problem is the feeding efficiency be lower during pelletizing, the capacity cannot be achieved.
According to our rich experience, we need to pre-treat the foam in advance. There are two ways: one is to use a compress for cold pressing, the compression ratio is generally 1:50, another is to use a hot melt machine for hot melt treatment, to melt the foam and then cool it into a block, so as to achieve the change of bulk density.




2. Pelletizing equipment
The blocks which be compressed or hot-melted, since the volume is large, when pelletizing, material need to be shreddered to make it be small piece. The size is generally less than 12mm.

Belt
The foam after being shredded is conveyed into the compactor through a belt. The belt is equipped with a metal detection device to detect whether the foam contains metal.


Rotary Knives
After the material entering into the compactor, the motor will drive the rotary knives at the bottom of the compactor running. To cut the material be small piece , the friction heat makes the foam to be shrinked, then to feed material into the extruder under the centrifugal force of knife disc.


Dust&moisture Remove Device
The top of the compactor is equipped with exhaust holes and connected to the dust&moisture remove device. The moisture and dust generated during the cutting and compaction process of the foam in the compactor will be collected by this device.


Sliding Gate With Servo Motor
There is a sliding gate beside the compactor and to control the foam feeding volume.


Frequency Converter
For better operation and protection of the motor from compactor, we will be equipped with a frequency converter to control the speed of the compactor.


Single Screw Extruder
The L/D of the special design of single screw extruder from ACERETECH is generally 32~36/1. The screw with the function of melting, mixing, plasticizing, and venting. Our standard screw material is bi-metal, to ensure the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and service life of the screw. After that, material will be transported to the filtration system.


Gearbox
The high-torque gearbox adopts German integrated casting technology and liquid nitrogen assembly technology, to make sure that the equipment with the characteristics of high speed, low noise, and long service life.


Heating System
The heating system of the main engine adopts ceramic heating system for heating, the electric control system adopts imported solid state relays for controlling, and fans for cooling.




The vacuum degassing system adopts a double vacuum design, which can effectively separate small molecule volatiles and moisture in the melt. The special designed vacuum tank will collect dust and moisture to ensure the cleanliness of the recycling workshop and the emission of VOC.




Melt Filtration
According to the output and the cleanliness of the material, the filtration system is equipped with plate type or piston type.
The plate type is widely used in plastic recycling applications because of its short flow path and convenient filter replacement.
The piston type solves the problems of high output, particularly dirty materials, frequent screen changes and etc.


Pelletizing
After the foam melt passes through the filtration system, we have different pelletizing methods to choose , such as water ring pelletizing system, with high automation, labor saving, small footprint, avoiding material waste and etc.


Vibration Dry And Packing System
Advanced dewatering vibration sieve combining with horizontal- type centrifugal dewatering present high-performance dried pellets and lower energy consumption.


Production Silo
The final materials will be sent to the silo through the air conveying system for collection.
