1 Product overview
1.1 Overview Conveyor control system is a training system which can meet practical field , it can sufficient simulate industrial field automatic production line. This system combined with realistic conveyor system production line, it can make the student improve the understanding of automatic conveyor production system. System mainly be made up of air cylinder, solenoid valve, sensor, motor and programmable logic controller, etc. It is based on a draper-type conveyor, install sensor on different positions for checking the convey objective on the belt. According to input the signal of sensor to programmable logic controller, make the PLC output signal control solenoid valve and cylinder according to requirement, it can realize the sort and count for objective on belt.

1.2 Characteristic
(1) This training workbench adopts aluminum alloy plate to set up table type training workbench, it can flexible move. Each actuator module place on the plate, it easy to operation and difficult to damage.
(2) PLC control unit adopts suspended box structure, it fix on the aluminum alloy plate, safe and reliable. All the input point and output point of PLC connect to PLC plug wire terminal, it can easy to student wiring. Sensor and solenoid valve controlled by solenoid valve connect to the terminal on the control unit suspended box panel for detecting, and it is equipped with operation process display indicator light.

3 Product content
3.1 power supply input unit
Power supply input can be divided into two power supply plug, they are PLC control power supply box and execution object control power supply box, power supply input with over-current protection.
3.2 Training Workbench Training workbench is made up of aluminum profile and aluminum alloy plate, training workbench with carrying handle, it can flexible move and locate. PLC and actuator control box install on the plate, elegant appearance.
