1. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
We are manufacturer with molding equipments and injection machines. And we also got licence of import and export.
2. Can you produce customized items?
Yes, we can customize products with customer’s requirements in color, package, logo printing etc.
3. What is your MOQ?
For different items, MOQ is different. We accept small trial order for some items.
4. How about the price?Can you make it cheaper?
The price depends on the quantity, packing way, customization etc. Final quotation accoring to receving full details of the item you demand.
5. What is your delivery time if the order has been placed?
It is according to your order quantity. Generally it will take 15-20 days after we receive the deposit.
6. Can I get a free sample?
Yes, sample normally is free of charge but the air express fee is usually borne by customer.
7. How about the shipping?
lf your goods is not large, we can send goods to you by express with FEDEX, DHL,EMS,TNT etc. lf your goods is large, we will send by sea or by air. Forwarder can be appointed by you.
8. What’s the port of loading?
Usually the port of loading is Ningbo or Shanghai.
9. What is the Payment Terms?
T/T and L/C are both accepted. 30% of the cargo value as deposit, the balance upon before shipment or against the copy bill of lading.
10. How do you control products quality?
Full inspection on production line, random inspection before shipping.
