Process flow
Raw water → 1. Booster pump → 2. Sand (multi-media) filter → 3. Activated carbon filter → 4. Softener (optional) → 5. Safety (micron) filter → 6. High pressure pump → 7. Reverse osmosis system → 8. Ultraviolet sterilizer (ozone generator) → pure water storage tank

The functions of each part of the water treatment plant
1. Raw water pump - provides pressure to the quartz sand filter / activated carbon filter
2. Quartz sand filter - get rid of turbidity, suspended solids, organics, colloids, etc.
3. Activated carbon filter - removes color, free chlorides, organics, harmful substances, etc.
4. Softeners - used to replace calcium and magnesium "ions" in water.
5. Safety filter - to prevent large particles of impurities from entering the RO membrane, the accuracy is 5um
6. High pressure pump - provides high pressure for RO membrane.
7. RO system - the main part of the device. The desalination rate of RO membrane can reach 99%, removing more than 99% of ions
8. UV Sterilizer or Ozone Generator - Kills germs
