Product Description
This product used to clean beer/wine brewing tanks (fermentation tank, mashing tun, lauter tun, ince water tank etc)
automatically.
Controlled by PLC system.
CIP cleaning system include Iye tank, Hydrogen peroside tank, valves and PLC control cabinet. If tank capacity is small, tank
could be fixed in small conveying trolleys. After cleaning with CIP cleaning system, there is no water, no savor, no dirt in all
tanks. This system is easy to operate and enjoy high security.
It is devided into 2 types: 2 tanks CIP system and 3 tanks CIP system. The tank capacity could be chosen based on your actual
requirement. General speaking, tank capacity: 30L 50L 100L 150L 300L 500L 800L etc....

3)Cylinder body & 60/70° Cone Bottom.
4)Certified stainless steel(304,316) material for all tanks, with 100% TIG
welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish.
5) Dimple Plate jacket for Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane
foam insulated.
6)All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and
tested at 30 PSI.
7) We can customize fabricate any tank to meet your brewery’s space and
height restrictions.
