A2. All products comply with CE, and part of safety shower & eye wash also
meet ANSI standard. 100% QC during production and before shipment.
Q3. What about the delivery time?
A3. It usually takes 3-5 working days for small order and 10-15 working days for
big order. Our factory always keeps some standard models in stock.
Q4. What’s your payment terms?
A4. We usually accept T/T and Western Union.
Q5. Could I use my own logo?
A5. Yes, logo can be made by laser engraving, labeling, printing as requests.
Q6. Could I get 1pc sample or place a small order at first time?
A6. Sure. Sample or small order is available for quality check and market test.
Q7. How long to make a sample?
A7. 1~5 working days which depends on the samples' complexity.
Q8. Is the sample fee refundable or not?
A8. It can be refundable once formal order confirmed.
