Wet Films Pelletizing Line/PP PE Film Granulation Line with Water
This three stage pelletizing machine is suitable for extrusion and granulation of crushed washed pp and pe films. The first stage extruder is equipped with drainage and exhaust devices, and is equipped with electromagnetic heating to remove water from the films. The second stage extruder plasticizes the film at high temperature and filters impurities through hydraulic screen changer.
The third stage extruder plasticizes the film again and extrudes it through a spaghetti die head or water-ring die head.
