MJ350 Double saw Frame cutting machine 's two saw disc is driven by two sets of dynamic spindles to arc motion，The two saw discs pass through the Angle 90°，The strip can be cut into two precise 45° ends at one time.
This machine is widely used for photo frame, furniture,door and window frame industry to produce wood strip, polystyrene (PS) strip, aluminum alloy strip etc.The working process is make two groups splindle driven by the power cylinder to decline steady and cutting down. And get back on standby quickly. The cutting process can be completed only by stepping on the foot switch, reducing the operator's labor intensity and achieving semi-automatic production.
