TG-150 soybean milk production process:
1;TGM-150 soybean grinding and separating machine (soaked soybeans are ground with water, soy milk comes out and soybean residue is separated). Artificially added beans
2;slag suction pump (bean dregs add water through the centrifugal pump cycle, the circulation pipeline valve can adjust the flow).
3; TGM-130 soybean grinding and separating machine separates the grinding separating twice.
4; Pump the soybean milk to the cooking barrel and use steam to heat the cooking slurry. (External steam boiler)

Products Introduction:
The production flow of this machine is from the soaked soybeans, TGM-150 soybean grinding and separating machine， first time to grinding the soybeans、stir the bean-dregs、suck the bean-dregs in grinder、second time to grinding the bean-dregs、suck the soybean milk in boiling barrel、cooking the soybean milk.The machine is all stainless steel structure, made of sucking device，twice grinding system, external steam boiler cooking system and electrical controller.（External steam boiler specification：steam evaporative volume:50kg/hr）

TG-150 tofu production process:
Capacity: 50-60kg/hr (calculated on dry soybeans), soy milk 300-450kg/hr, tofu 150-300kg/h.
1. TGP-2D soybean automatic soaking system; automatic water addition, cleaning, automatic drainage time can be set at will, and the soybean output speed can be adjusted steplessly.
2. Soybean elevator; upgrade to grinding unit (stepless speed control speed).
3. TG-150 soybean refining unit; soaked soybeans are ground and separated for 2 times, and the soybean milk is pumped to the cooking barrel for heating.
4. Electric steam boiler; provide energy for heating soybean milk. (Oil or gas boiler can also be configured according to demand)
5. Cooked pulp barrel; soybean milk is sent to the solidification barrel through centrifugal pump. (You can also configure cooked soy milk to go through a double filter)
6. Soymilk coagulation device; equipped with motor stirring device, artificially adding coagulant.
7. The roller conveying operation table; matched with the coagulation device, it is convenient for the tofu pudding valve to be discharged to the tofu box to convey the tofu press.
8. Tofu press; the size of tofu box can be customized according to production capacity and other needs.
9. The tofu box turning and cutting device; the tofu box is turned over to remove the tofu cloth, and the tofu is cut horizontally and vertically.
10. Tofu packaging machine; customized according to the requirements of the size of the packaging box.
