Sawdust wood block machine (wood pallet wood block machine) is used to make wood blocks/feet/wood for pallets, which can be used for export standard packaging.
1. Raw materials need to be dried with moisture <10%, mixed evenly with glue, then pressed into wooden pallet blocks, beautiful, even, no residue, good waterproof (no cracking in water for 48 hours, no cracking by exposure to sun).
2. Wooden pallet blocks are free from inspection, free from fumigation, formaldehyde emission (E2), all in accordance with national standards, bonding strength up to 1.07MPA, vertical spiral force of 1590N, horizontal force of 1660N, mainly used to replace the original wood blocks.
3. We can supply different sizes of wood block moulds: 75*75, 80*80, 80*100, 80*120, 90*90, 100*100, 100*115, 100*140, 90*120, 140*140, with or without holes.
