Cement Board is a kind of new building products  which belongs to non asbestos or few asbestos  flat board building materials. Producing materials:  Cement, ganister Sand and other attaching materials

The raw material of cement board/Calcium silicate  is widely sourced, and some industrial wastes are used. The price is low and the production process is mature. The performance of the board material achieves the above-mentioned requirements of energy saving, seismic resistance, fire resistance, high strength, and light weight, and a large number of applications are applied to a variety of buildings (eg, internal,External wall panels, sound-absorbing panels, ceilings, and a variety of pre-installed test panels), and the ever-increasing export volume has received widespread favor from foreign users.

 

Raw material of automatic Fiber cement board making machine plant

Quartz powde:SiO2≥90%,Fineness: 200Mesh Sieve residue<10%.

Cement:32.5Grades above 

Slaked lime powder:CaO+MgO ≥75%   MgO ≤5% Finenes 0.088mm  Square Sieve Residue<15% .

Paper Pulp:Unbleached softwood kraft pulp or kraft pulp (pulp board paper), beating degree 20~70°SR

The above are the basic requirements for raw materials. In some cases, different raw materials can produce qualified calcium silicate boards.

Detailed experimental analysis of raw materials is required to confirm their adaptability.
