Advanced Rotational Moulding Process
Rotational moulding is a manu-facturing process to create seam-less,stress-free, hollow products. Additional processes can be add-ed, for example filling with EPS foam. Virture: stress-free parts, complex shapes at a relatively low production cost.
Beautiful Appearance, High Performance
The buoys consist of an outer shell of impact-resistant, rotational moulded polyethylene. The filling material of the buoys is expanded polystyrene foam (EPS). The buoyancy capacity of our products has been developed and tested over several years.
