Product Description
NeoDen K1830 features with 8 simultaneous pick-up heads, 66 tape reel feeder capacity, upgraded vision system and positioning system, which is suitable for scale pcb assembly production with fast speed and high accuracy.
It supports both electric feeder and pneumatic feeder.
The cost of electric feeder is higher, but for 0201 component, you need to select electric feeder.
The cost of pneumatic feeder is lower, you can select it for normal assembly work.
The feeder size: 8mm/ 12mm/ 16mm/ 24mm/ 32mm/ 44mm/ 56mm.
Applicable components: 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, SOP, SSOP, SOC, QFP, QFN, BGA, 3538, 4148 diode, 3535 ball shape LED, 5050 etc.
