A: The quality warranty is 3 months. When you found defective products, please collect pictures or video and send to us. Our
quality department will check what is reason. If defectives in the quality warranty range, we will arrange replacements with next
orders.
Q: Can I custom logo on product or packaging?
A: Yes we are warm welcome buyer custom logo/packaging, since we confirmed details, the factory will produce out a sample then
confirm with the buyer, if no any problem then we will start to produce the big quantity
Q: Can I pay some deposit first, when you finish my big quality I will finish full balance
A: Sure, we support 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance payment before shipping
