The disc filter can be working fully automatically, so can save a lot of labors. And the water flow don’t have to stop during back washing(cleaning process), so can ensure continuous water output.
Besides, it has the characteristics of low water consumption, low pressure loss, small footprint, easy operation, low cost, and so on.

Product Details
Filtration mode
At this mode, the feeding water passes through the discs, and as the filter discs are pressed together tightly under the spring force and hydraulic force, the impurites in the water are trapped by the filter dics.
Thus the water is cleaned when flowing out.

Back wash mode
When a certain differential pressure or set time is reached, it means the filter discs are dirty and need to be cleaned.
Then the valve will change the water flow direction, the back washing water pressure will tighten the spring to loosen the filter discs, and the impurities trapped on the filter discs will be washed out.
The back washing takes around 1 minutes time, after that the filter discs become clean, the filter back to normal filtration mode.
Continuous water output
As a disc filter system is generally 2 or more filters combined together, when one filter is at back washing mode, the other filters are still at filtration mode, so it can ensure continuous water output.
