Tank system: The tank cover and tank bottom are made of SUS316L high-quality stainless steel, and the tank body is made of high-temperature resistant silicon borosilicate glass, with a liquid loading coefficient of 70%, advanced process structure and simple operation.
Stirring system: It adopts an upper suspension strong magnetic stirring system, no mechanical seal, no thimble at the bottom, high-quality aluminum alloy motor and imported speed regulator to ensure stable speed; high-performance stirring blade, defoaming blade, stepless speed regulation. The inner parts of the tank are all installed on the tank cover, which is very convenient for maintenance and cleaning; the special standard blade for fermentation, the blade height is adjustable, and different types of stirring blades can be replaced according to the special requirements of the fermentation process. The design of the separation of the motor and the tank body greatly reduces the tank body weight, makes the operation easier and more convenient, and saves a lot of manpower. The magnetic stirring system adopts special permanent magnet materials, unique processing technology, and never demagnetizes. The maximum stirring speed will not be lower than 980rpm during the life of the fermentation tank.
