A: Yes, we are happy to send you samples for testing purpose, but we need charge samples cost and shipping cost, but the sample fee will be refunded to you if later you place the formal order from us.

A: Yes, with about 9 years OEM&ODM experiences, we have our own design center and we can put your logo and design on backpack.Custom logo can be made with silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing, rubber patch and metal plate.
Q: What's your lead time of sampling?
A: Our sample lead time is 7 to 9 days excluding new logo/design/tooling development.
Q: What’s your production lead time?
A: Generally, our production lead time is 35-45 days after sample/details are finalized. We can be flexible if you have specific request.
Q: What is your term of delivery?
A: We accept FOB / CIF / CNF, you can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q: What's your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our MOQ is 500pcs, but trial order is always welcome.
