Brief introduction
SINO-260 continuous-type high-speed cartonning machine is newly designed by our company.There are features of high efficiency, stable properties and high capacity, etc. Many technologies, including the leaflet’s automatic folding & conveying, boxes forming and the post pushing unit, etc. meet the European & American standards. With the tidy appearance and the post continuous pushing structure, it’s convenient to operate and maintain. With the 4-indexing double-planet-wheel’s external-loop rotation, boxes can be opened, and there are twice pre-forming devices, so it’s ensures that boxes can be supported completely. The machine integrates the mechanism-optical-electric- pneumatic in one, and when it’s connected with other matched machines, it’s a complete packing line.
Features：
1.Electric appliances, including the PLC, the touch screen and the frequency convertors are from well-known international brands.
2.There is the HMI.
3.Errors, working speed and the final-product counting can be automatically displayed.
4.When the box’s feeding position is not correct, or there is no box, or there is no leaflet’s feeding, the machine will be stopped automatically.
5.When there is no content, there is no leaflet’s taking. When there is no leaflet feeding, there will be no cartonning.
6.There is the protecting if it’s overloaded.
