Milo is made from Protomalt which is a malt extract providing nourishing energy in addition to a blend of vitamins and minerals such as Calcium, Phosphorus and Vitamin D for normal bone growth and development in children; Iron, B Vitamins and Vitamin C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

• Easy to prepare: add 4 teaspoons of MILO into 180ml of hot or cold skimmed milk
