Wire and cable special pay-off series
It is matched with cable production line and used for high-speed pay-off of small diameter copper, aluminum monofilament or insulated wire.
Frame type active pay-off rack
1. Frequency conversion speed control, integrated tension swing bar, can ensure constant tension at high speed during pay-off.
2. Sensitive response, motor-driven pay-off can effectively prevent small diameters from being stretched or broken during pay-off.
3. The loading and unloading, lifting and braking of the spool adopts pneumatic control, independent pressure regulation, safe and fast.
4. Small size, flexible placement and space saving.
5. The pay-off speed can be up to 400M/min.
6. The whole machine adopts international brands or domestic high-quality products to improve the overall stability of the equipment, low failure rate and convenient operation.
