Q2. Can we get samples to check before placing large quantity?
Yes, sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us on inquiry and make sure which kind of designs you need, in general, it will take 7-10 working days to finish a sample.
Q3.Can I make the products of my own design or have private logo on the products?
Sure, we can customize your own design and logo on the products. Because we could offer custom-made, OEM service as well.
Q4. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Usually, some styles which existed in stock with RTS services , so a minimum order of 1 piece is enough. If the products need to be customized, our minimum order quantity is depending on the yarn .Let's keep tight communication before order placed.
Q5. What about the lead time for bulk order?
The lead time is about 15-30 working days. But please confirm the exact time with us as different products and quantity will be a little different.
Q6. Which delivery terms do you use? And how about the delivery time?
For samples and RTS order can delivery by express or logistics, 2-7 working days for delivery. For bulk order is by sea, by air or as customers' request, taking 25-30 working days to finish.
