 • Dismantling --- Use PCB Dismantling Machine to disassemble the electronic components, so that the electronic components and the print circuit board are separated.

 • Shredding/Crushing --- Use Shredder and Crusher to break the print circuit board into small particles of metal and non-metal mixture. 

 • Screening --- Large particles of metal and non-metal mixture through Eddy-vibrating Screen can be screen out , than return to the crusher for re-crushing. 

 • Air Separation --- The completely crushed metal and resin powder can be passed through the air separator to obtain metal and resin powder.

 • Electrostatic Separation --- The separation resin powder needs to be separation twice by electrostatic separator to sort out the metal doped in the resin powder.
