High Pressure Homogenizer
It is mainly used for tissue dispersion in the field of biotechnology, sample preparation in the field of medicine, enzyme
treatment in the food industry, detection of pesticide residues in food and veterinary drug residues in the pharmaceutical
industry, cosmetics industry, paint industry and other aspects. The homogenizer adopts stainless steel system, which can
effectively separate the surface of the protective sample and the microorganism homogenized sample contained in it. The sample is placed in a disposable sterile homogenized bag, which does not contact the instrument, and meets the requirements of fast, accurate results and good repeatability.

1 Lubricating system
Lubricating system which is both squirting and splash uses soft plastic pipes that can bear high pressure and oil. The oil can
keep stable temperature at the same producing condition, so it brings excellent lubricate effect. The recycle cooling system
reduces driving box’s temperature and lubrication waste.
2 Driving box
The eccentric shaft is made of special alloy steel which is wear-resisting and has long using life. The half construction is easy
to maintain and be knocked-down. Driving and eccentric shafts are driven by v-model gears which have following advantage: low
noise and good stability.
