Principle

1. The mixed materials are fed into the jet hopper through the vibrating screen through the discharging port of the batching mixer (or manual mixing and feeding).
2. The feeder is moved by the feeder to inject into the straight-through cavity of the rotor, and swirl along with the rotor to the outlet.
3. Compressed air is introduced from the air chamber here, the material is blown into the discharge elbow, and another pressure air is introduced by the cyclone, which is in a multi-head wind spiral state to blow the material, accelerate, and make it swirl and float. Enter the feeding pipe.
4. After reaching the nozzle, add a small amount of supplementary water (when wet spray) or liquid quick-setting agent (when wet spray) and spray it out.
