Introduction

ELV recycler evelator machine uses a forklift to place the scrap vehicle on the bracket, which can achieve the functions of propelling, lifting, lowering and 90 degrees flipping angle. According to different disassembling requirements, the operator can adjust the height or angle in all directions according to the requirement. It helps reduce the handling of vehicles to different stations, improve production efficiency and save costs. FL-03 is equipped with mechanical safety lock device, so the vehicle has automatic protection of mechanical safety lock at any position when lifting and flipping.

 

 

FL-03 flip lift is suitable for one-stop disassembly platform, one of the necessary equipment to complete the entire disassembling process. It has the advantages of high efficiency, safety, independence, multi-direction and easy operation.

 

According to the customer's requirements, you could choose PLC with remote control to achieve automatic operation. At the same time, each action achieves interlocking to ensure the safety of the operator by PLC system.
